1. Terms & Conditions
Sk365 Fragrance, a company registered under registration no (referred to herein as “Sk365 Fragrance”, “we”, “our” Or “us”) operates the internet e-commerce website https://www.sk365fragrance.ae/ (or any successor site) and its related sub-domains, sites, services, and tools (“website”). The website is provided as a service to you and is intended to allow you and other users to browse and order products and other goods or services (“products”) offered for sale on the website (“Services”). Sk365 Fragrance reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the website at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the website.

Notwithstanding any oral or written information, opinions, evaluations, descriptions, or consultations of any kind furnished by [company legal entity name] to the contrary, you specifically agree to the terms set forth below.

A. Price
The prices of the goods will be as per quoted on the website and all prices are quoted in AED. The company ensures that the prices of the products are accurate at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.

Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any confirmed order.

If the company discovers an error in the price of the products that the customer had ordered, the company will inform the customer of this error and the company will give the customer the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or canceling the order. The company will not process the customer’s order until the customer confirms it. If the company is unable to contact the customer using the contact details provided during the order process, the company will treat the order as canceled and will notify the customer via mail or the contact number provided by the customer.

Looking for the perfect gift? Why not order a gift wrapped fragrance of your choice for that special occasion. We can gift wrap for birthdays, wedding anniversaries or in our signature colours.

4. Delivery & Shipping costs
Shipping charges may vary according to the company policy and will be displayed on the website without any prior notice.

The standard delivery period is 7-14 business days, although may vary under any unforeseen circumstances.

From 10 March 2023, our products will be available to order outside the UAE for delivery to the UK and Europe via Ebay, Etsy and Bonanza. 

A. Orders
Once the order has been placed on the website, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email or text message on the provided contact number.

B. Return, Refund Policy & Order Cancellation
We want to give our customers the most convenient and easy shopping experience.

i. Order Cancellation:
Customer service is our first priority and we believe in serving our customers with great after-sales services. Order cancellation is possible within 2-days from the day you placed your order.

ii. Refund Policy:
In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 10 -15 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer.

iii. Return or Exchange of the Product:
If products are damaged during the shipping then the exchange proceeds within 5 business days after we received the item.

In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
